Great location to base ourselves for our first trip to Paris! We loved the area. Lots of space for three adults and one child, and we really enjoyed the washing machine/dryer and all of the fans. There was a bit of a mould issue in the bathroom, but we were able ignore it pretty easily and had a really enjoyable few days!

A solid choice for anyone visiting Paris, The enhanced cleaning practices gave me peace of mind, and the essentials provided made my stay hassle-free, Would recommend for a city trip,

I found the apartment to be very functional, The desk in the living room was a great space for getting some work done, The electric kettle and coffee machine were nice touches for my morning routine,

Good location. Couldn't figure out how to turn on the radiant heater in the living room. But we had the space heaters, so we managed. Toilet and shower were in separate rooms and that took getting used to. We were 4 adults so found it ok. Good restaurants. Close to public transit. Walkable to Louvre. All in all, a good experience.

A practical choice for a long-term stay, The washing machine and tumble dryer were lifesavers, I also liked having a fridge and microwave for quick meals,

I had a lovely stay in this apartment! The kitchen was well-equipped with cooking basics and even a dishwasher, which made meal prep a breeze, Plus, the location in the Sentier district is just perfect for exploring Paris,

I loved the stylish decor of this apartment! The bathroom was clean and had all the essentials, including shampoo and fresh towels, It really felt like a home away from home,

The apartment was incredibly spacious, perfect for our group of four, The staff were exceptionally welcoming and promptly took care of all our needs, When we arrived, the hairdryer was broken, but they quickly replaced it without any hassle, We also appreciated being able to store our luggage at their office before check-in and after check-out, It was a bonus that their office was so close to our rental, Overall, we are thrilled with our choice of this apartment and the service provided during our Paris trip,

Fantastic location surrounded by locals, All major attractions are within walking distance - each between 20 to 59 minutes away, We enjoy walking, The Rex Theatre draws a crowd, which was entertaining to observe in the evenings, The neighborhood is filled with locals and three fantastic bookshops! They were prompt in answering any queries I had, with responses often received in 6 minutes or less - quite impressive, Key collection is from the nearby grocery store, but it's only a 30-second walk,

The interior design mirrors the pictures perfectly, truly beautiful, It's a 15-minute walk from a major shopping center and RER station, and also near several metro stations, Regrettably, we found spiderwebs in the bathroom, The trash bin was insufficient for a 5-day stay, The dishwasher didn't function as expected and the only sponge available was quite old and dirty, The street was somewhat noisy, however, there was an abundance of cafes, restaurants, and grocery stores nearby,

The placement of the home was impeccable, We managed to get to every location by foot, The accessibility of the bus and subway was right around the corner, It was in close proximity to the market, eatery, and bakery, I wholeheartedly endorse it,

Amazing accommodation in a very pleasant area

Extremely convenient and comfortable, located right next to the Grand Rex cinema on a quiet street, There are an abundance of shops and restaurants nearby,

Easy to get to, this accommodation is ideal for 4-5 people, Plenty of towels and all the necessary toiletries were at our disposal, In the kitchen, we had enough coffee for two mornings, There was a large supply of dishes and utensils, The table had enough space for six people, The apartment was clean, but does need some maintenance, The location is perfect for exploring and getting lost in the streets of Paris, The metro is just a stone's throw away, making all of Paris easily accessible, However, be warned, the apartment is located near a popular cinema that hosts evening events, So there is a lot of noise and singing during breaks, Check-in was smooth, Checkmyguess always responded quickly to our requests and was very helpful,

The site is extraordinary, The stairs are a bit narrow but it's only on the second floor so there's nothing to worry about, The room is spotless, The bathroom is a little humid, However, the room is quite pleasant, The location is on one of the bustling streets in Paris, So be aware there'll be some noise but I found it enjoyable because it's what gives Paris its vibrancy, being next to a movie theater, and within walking distance to restaurants, trains and buses,

The primary reason for selecting this apartment was its location and convenience of transit, The facilities were just right for myself and my three children, and we found the beds extremely cozy, The apartment, located on a peaceful street, offered easy access to some of the finest food we tasted in Paris, The hosts were supportive and highly responsive, I would undoubtedly choose to stay with them in the future,

Excellent location, The apartment is small, Check-in was difficult as we were arriving late, We had to go to a distant location to pick up the key and then wait, To get a second key, we had to leave a security deposit of 150 euros

Everything was perfect, the place is comfortable and clean, just like in the pictures, I would like to return to this place

Excellent location! Initially faced some challenges with the heating, but Joffrey & the team promptly addressed and fixed the issue, If you have many bags, be aware that there are several flights of stairs, Not ideal for individuals like myself who travel with a large suitcase, Otherwise, an amazing experience!

Charming little place that fulfilled our requirements, Located in the bustling heart of Paris, so anticipate some noise in the early hours of the morning, but it's the trade-off for being centrally located, The beds were cozy, and the shower was excellent, A clean and pleasant overnight stay for us, The WiFi functions effectively, It would be ideal if it had air conditioning, but a fan is provided, Appreciate the comfortable accommodation,

I really wish we had discovered Joffrey’s place for our previous stay in Paris, It was an ideal spot for the four of us and my teenage daughters had some privacy with the loft, A charming place with plenty of great restaurants just around the corner! We would definitely book there again,

This CheckMyGuest was just as advertised, Really pleasant and tidy, It was near the subway station and had plenty of great restaurants nearby, The only drawback was a strange odor that we couldn't eliminate, Apart from that, this CheckMyGuest was fantastic!

My family and I spent 5 nights at this apartment, The instructions for picking up the key were a little confusing, but fortunately, there was someone available to assist us, The apartment is quite spacious for a family of four, However, it was a bit chilly inside, so we had to turn on the heater while indoors, This place would be perfect in the summer, The location is fantastic as it is only 3-5 stops away from the main tourist attractions, We will definitely return here,

Thank you for the accommodation, the apartment looked really nice, For future guests, please make sure to inquire in advance about the key collection process, When I tried to collect the key from their designated vendor, it was missing, and the man at the shop was quite unhelpful and did not provide any explanation, Remember to bring earplugs as the street noise can be quite loud, and you might need to keep the windows open in warmer weather since the fan is not sufficient, Apart from that, the place is spacious, very nice, and fairly clean,
