Our overall stay was satisfactory, We had no issues accessing the apartment and it was spacious, clean, and comfortable, just as advertised, However, we had a difficult time during checkout, The apartment key had to be collected and returned at a local shop, We encountered an issue when the shop did not open at the stated time, both online and on its shop window, We attempted to reach out to the apartment management but did not receive an immediate response, We had to wait for 30 minutes past the shopâs opening time and ultimately decided to leave the key in the apartment and inform the agent, This delay resulted in us missing our flight and having to pay over $1,000 for new tickets, I understand that neither the apartment owner nor the agent are responsible for the shop, but if the key is to be stored there, the shop's opening hours need to be reliable for check-in and checkout,
On the whole, our stay was quite enjoyable, We had a little back and forth with the host regarding the location of our key and the necessary code to retrieve it from a local business, but they were quick to respond when we initiated contact, We would have preferred if the loft configuration was more explicitly stated in the listing - we were specifically searching for a genuine 2 BR and it wasn't evident from the listing that one of the bedrooms is a loft above the living room space, Overall, it was a pleasant apartment and we had a wonderful stay, Many thanks!
The apartment was nice, but the experience was diminished by cold showers and strong odors from the sewer,
This is an exceptional small apartment located near the famous Rex cinema, It's in close proximity to public transit and numerous lively cafes, Despite a few issues, the host was incredibly responsive and helpful, Highly recommended,
The flat was situated in a favorable area, Highly pedestrian-friendly with a plethora of eateries in the vicinity, As a coffee enthusiast, I was thrilled to have an espresso machine and coffee capsules at my disposal, just as depicted in the photos, The stairs, however, posed quite a challenge, Despite being physically fit, I struggled to ascend them, and it was particularly difficult hauling my luggage up, The property had a single bathroom, and the separate toilet area had a foul odor that I couldn't determine if it was mold or the plumbing, The issue with the stench needs to be addressed,
