Holiday home with private lake and beach
A unique holiday home built directly on the lakeshore in an exceptional location. Guests have exclusive use of a private lake (suitable for swimming and fishing at no extra cost), a private sandy beach, and a vast, fenced property. The surroundings offer peace and undisturbed tranquility. The town of Bytów, featuring numerous shops, restaurants, and cafés, is approximately 2 km away.
This comfortable holiday home is built on stilts over the private lake (right at the water's edge). It comprises a spacious living room (with a double sofa bed, TV, fireplace, and dining table), a fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower. An additional double bedroom is located on the mezzanine level. The house features a huge terrace (partially covered) with outdoor furniture and a picturesque view of the lake. A washing machine and dryer are available in a separate utility room. Amenities include air conditioning, electric underfloor heating, and a fireplace (firewood included in the price). Wi-Fi access is provided.
The expansive, well-maintained private grounds feature a sandy beach (with a pedal boat, SUP board, and various inflatable water toys for guests' use), a playground, a gas barbecue, and secure parking. Two electric bicycles (free of charge) and basic fishing gear are also provided for guests. The stay includes: bed linen, towels, electricity, water, heating, air conditioning, firewood, electric bikes (2), a pedal boat, a SUP board, internet access, and parking. A high chair and a baby cot are available upon request (advance notice required).
The area around Bytów lies in the heart of picturesque Kashubia, a region offering countless opportunities for leisure and recreation, such as kayaking trips, cycling excursions, and visits to numerous historical sites (including the Teutonic Knights' castle in Bytów). There is no chance of getting bored here.
