The ground floor features a living room (TV, dining table, fireplace), a well-equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower. The first floor offers three separate bedrooms (one with a balcony). Fireplace heating is provided.
The property includes a garden shelter, a swing, and secure parking.
The price includes: bed linen, towels, water and gas consumption, heating, a dog (maximum 1, up to 5 kg), final cleaning, firewood, and parking.
Stare Wierzchowo is a small summer village located on Lake Wierzchowo, from which the Gwda River flows. Both the lake and the river have first-class water purity. It's a paradise for anglers, swimmers, and water sports enthusiasts (without the use of combustion engines).
In the village center, there's a small shop selling basic groceries. Larger shops, cafes, and restaurants are available within a 12-km radius in Biały Bór or Szczecinek. The seaside beach of Stare Wierzchowo is only an hour's drive away (approximately 60 km). Heading towards the sea, it's worth visiting the large city of Koszalin, where you'll find a very attractive water park.
