The location is fantastic! Just a short walk to many attractions, The apartment itself is a lovely place to return to after a day out,

The location of the apartment was great, the furnishings were nice as well. Unfortunately, the dishwasher was broken. Additionally, the window in the bedroom was warped, so it apparently leaks during heavy rain. The plaster below the window is peeling off significantly. The gutter above this window must be defective, as water cascades down there during rain. Despite these shortcomings, we felt very comfortable.

The charm of this apartment is undeniable, I loved the cozy feel and the historic surroundings, It’s a great spot for a romantic getaway,

I had a pleasant stay at this 1-bedroom apartment, It may be small, but it’s efficiently laid out and very comfortable for four people, The location is quite convenient with plenty of local charm, The only downside was the street noise at night, but it didn't detract too much from the overall experience

The location is unbeatable! Just a stone's throw from Bastille, we found ourselves in the heart of everything, The apartment was clean and comfortable, making it a nice base for our adventures

Ideally located, the neighborhood is lively, The apartment is spacious, well organized, and gives a feeling of space, However, it is very poorly soundproofed, the neighborhood is disrespectful, the remote control is broken, the wall is damaged, For this price, improvements are necessary,

Our stay was superb, The directions were straightforward, the area was pristine, and the locale was ideal for us because we were travelling to Gare de Lyon in the morning!

The flat was exactly like it was depicted, Situated on the first floor (as is typical with most French apartments, there are stairs as there are no lifts) with thorough directions and everything as promised, As a group of four who were always on the go, our basic requirements were 1) a convenient location close to the subway and 2) two beds for us to rest and shower for a few hours each day, The presence of several electrical outlets was also beneficial as it allowed us to charge all of our phones simultaneously, While we didn't utilize the kitchen, it was nice to note that a kettle and coffee maker were available, The heating system was also efficient, We noted a couple of things such as a bathroom bin without a cover, but the bathroom was large and well-ventilated, Also, since the flat is on the first floor, outdoor noise can be heard, but this wasn't a big issue for me as I generally use earbuds when I travel, All in all, it was good value for a group of three or four,

Appreciate your hospitality during our excellent stay, The apartment was incredibly tidy and located in a prime area, Everything was extremely cozy, Would surely book this place again,

A nice, clean, well-equipped and fairly well-located apartment. However, be careful, the insulation is not good enough to block out the neighbors' music and you can feel the subway passing under the building.

We only had two problems: - The bedroom window didn't close properly, so when the rain fell it leaked into the apartment, - One of the sofa beds was in bad condition, we had to put stools under the bed to stop it collapsing when we tried to lie down on it, Other than that everything was perfect,

The building is very tidy and convenient for Gare de Lyon station, The host is very kind and helpful, The only inconvenience was a delay of one hour in arranging the appointment, but it was not a big inconvenience,

The flat was spotless and matched the photographs precisely, It was situated in an ideal location, near excellent stores, eateries, and pubs in Bastille, The host was extremely accommodating and replied promptly!
