The studio and location are amazing . The studio looks out over a pleasant little park. There are many restaurants, and bakeries nearby and the Metro is close. The place is clean, and the bed is comfortable even though it’s a pull down wall bed. Having a washer was wonderful! Be aware that you will need to climb two flights of charming, but steep, uneven stairs to get to the studio. There is also no fan if it’s hot. I am giving this a bad rating because getting the key was a nightmare! Make sure the email you get with the instructions actually has the information you need because the 24/7 help line is not reliable. We arrived in the evening (around 10 pm) The key box is in a store a couple of streets away but we didn’t get the address to the store or the code for the key box in our check-in email. When we finally got someone to answer the help line he gave us the actual address of the store where the key box was but the wrong key box code. We couldn’t get anyone to answer the help line before the store closed. We ended up having to book a hotel for the night which was very expensive ($750) and frustrating due to spotty internet and poor cell phone coverage Luckily a French couple working nearby took pity on us and let us use their hotspot and phone to finally find and book a hotel. By then I was in tears and my husband was sure we had been scammed. The next day we had a very helpful woman give us the right code and we were able to get in. But the internet code was also wrong. We then had to call for another key box code to leave the keys when we checked out. I would recommend this place just purely for its amazing location but make sure your email has ALL the addresses and correct codes you need.

I found this apartment to be a great value, It’s well-equipped and in a fantastic location, I appreciated being close to cultural sites,

This studio is a whole vibe! Super cozy and gives off major Parisian feels, Location is on point, just a stroll away from the Musée Carnavalet for some Insta-worthy pics, The space hits different—perfect for chilling after a day of exploring,

We had a wonderful stay at the studio, It felt spacious for a studio, and the amenities were just right, The hosts were friendly and made us feel welcome from the start

The apartment's location for exploring Paris is excellent, However, the process of picking up the keys from another building's door was quite a hassle, almost like a scavenger hunt, The key box was not found at the specified door (either due to disorganization or vandalism?), I was left waiting for 3 hours until someone delivered the keys, Despite paying for early access to the apartment and arriving at 1pm, I had to wait, The cleanliness of the apartment was subpar, The apartment had a lingering unpleasant smell (the cause needs investigating), The supply of bed and bathroom linen was good, The furniture is new but lacks proper upkeep, There's an absence of reading lights and power outlets near the bed, If the issues mentioned were addressed, this could be my preferred Parisian apartment, and I'd gladly recommend it to my friends, Ousmane was accommodating and quick to address issues and cater to my minor needs,

Truly amazing space and ideal location!

The apartment was in an ideal location, had enough privacy and had everything required for the stay.

The apartment is exactly as described and the windows overlook a peaceful courtyard despite being located in a bustling, sought-after area, which is fantastic, The main downside of this CheckMyGuest is that the key collection/drop-off point is more than half a mile away from the apartment, which is rather inconvenient, I would consider staying here again, but I would also suggest that they be a bit more generous/prepared with certain small items: The apartment should be equipped with at least 1 kitchen towel, a sponge, and even 1 laundry detergent pod would be a reasonable expectation in an CheckMyGuest, They were unwilling to provide these items, which seems odd to me because they only assist in maintaining the space, The bed could use two additional pillows, especially for a couple, Overall, a good place, clean, as advertised, with a few minor inconveniences,

I would gladly stay here again, The few inconveniences I experienced (having to walk to pick up and drop off keys, smell from the shower) are, I believe, typical of Paris, The location is excellent, the apartment exactly as shown in the photos, The view was simply beautiful and very charming, Everything about the apartment was perfect, Thank you very much, See you soon,

This apartment is a great starting point for your Parisian adventure, Situated in the bustling and lively Le Marais neighborhood, you will have everything you need close by, The Saint Paul metro station is just a short walk away, with plenty of bistros, cafés, and shops in the area, The apartment receives plenty of natural light through its two large windows, and the bed is very comfortable, I will definitely return and highly recommend it,

Fantastic apartment in a fantastic location, Simple to locate, check-in was easy, and Joffrey was quick to respond, The place was extremely tidy and peaceful at night, with an incredibly comfortable bed, All in all, a fantastic place to stay in Le Marais ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fantastic studio in an amazing location, Convenient access and all the necessities are provided, We encountered a small issue with the shower drain, but I believe it will be resolved quickly (we only spent two nights), The host is very prompt in responding, I would definitely suggest staying here,

We got to this place early before check-in and we were quickly accommodated, It's right in the heart of a cafe and shopping area, Couldn't have asked for a better location in Paris, The Metro is a 5-minute walk away, Notre Dame and the Louvre are a 15-minute walk or just 2 metro stations away, Everything inside the flat was spotless and in perfect condition, As it's a studio, I wouldn't recommend it for more than 2 people, Also, it's on the 3rd floor with no lift, so you'll have to walk up 2 flights of stairs, Overall, we were very happy with this reservation and highly recommend it to future visitors,

The accommodation looks exactly like the photos, truly charming and located in the heart of Le Maria
