Our houses are located on the island of Karsibór which belongs to Świnoujście. There is a new tunnel connection to the city centre, so you can be in the city centre in just 20 minutes and enjoy the 3 available beaches on the Baltic Sea. Karsibór is a charming island belonging to Swinoujscie's 44 islands and is one of the greenest islands in Swinoujscie. Our island has a beautiful promenade with access to the Swina River, trails and cycle paths that provide excellent communication with the rest of the city. Restaurants with fresh fish :) as well as camping and barbecue areas and a canoeing marina. On the plot, there are 3 cottages and places to park a car, a mini playground for children. The area around the cottages is fenced with a separate entrance from Warzywna Street. Eagle Cottage II is a forester's cottage, finished in wood and with deer horns and skins from wild animals hanging on the walls. Eagle Cottage II is heated by a fireplace. The cottage has three separate bedrooms, 2 and 3 on the first floor, providing accommodation for a total of 7 people. Further on, there is the Oak Avenue with a marked bicycle trail and a promenade along the Swina River leading to the Picnic Site by the Piast Canal where, surrounded by nature, you can enjoy the children's playground and barbecue area.
