Built in 2017, the Eberharter holiday home is centrally located on the outskirts of Zell am Ziller, not far from the famous Mayrhofen. You’ll stay in two semi-detached houses with five bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a total of approx. 182 m² of space—all to yourself. The house is modern and comfortably furnished. The first semi-detached house has a large kitchen-living room with enough space for everyone and a bedroom with bathroom en suite on the ground floor. On the upper floor, there are two more bedrooms, a large bathroom with bathtub, and a small reading room with an open gallery. The second semi-detached house has a separate entrance area on the ground floor. This leads to two further bedrooms and a bathroom. On the large sun terrace, you can relax and unwind. There is also a ski room with ski boot heating.
The Zillertal Arena and Mayrhofen's extensive skiing area are just around the corner. The complimentary ski bus stops nearby. You'll also find summer to be an ideal season to visit and explore the Zillertal. Overall, the holiday home Eberharter is the perfect accommodation for families and large groups travelling together.

Nice house near the village. Zell am Ziller is within walking distance. Well equipped, everything you need is available. Due to the location, directly on the busy Zillertal federal highway, the noise level is very high. This applies to the rooms in the front part of the house, facing the street. Here the windows cannot be opened or tilted to sleep because of the noise.
House top, location on the main road for people in need of rest problematic, uncomplicated landlord ever !!
Zell am Ziller is very beautiful, there is a lot for children here. You can go hiking, swimming and, above all, good food. The people are all very friendly and there are wonderful panoramic views to be seen in the mountains. It is worth a trip in every season.
The journey was unproblematic, the house was ready to move into. Administrator very nice and immediately available for inquiries, even brought our laundry to the washing center and delivered it washed and dried the next day to the house. The accommodation is on the outskirts of Zell am Ziller, so it is an advantage to travel by car. Particularly suitable as a holiday home for guests and groups who want to take many day trips. The apartment and the bedroom apartment are spaciously divided. Something to complain about is that the house borders on a high-speed road and is therefore a noisy place during the day and at night. And unfortunately there is no area outside that cannot be seen by prying eyes.
Everything was clean. We were there with 11 people and by the layout of the rooms and baths fit everything. What might not be bad, would be a more comfortable seating in the lounge. Otherwise everything is there what you need.
The accommodation was a godsend! We were six + 2 dogs. The place was more than adequate (up to 12 people) All modern and very clean! The absolute plus there is from me for the fact that we were allowed to bring 2 dogs. Unfortunately, this is rarely the case, or if you only get shabby houses offered! A very small suggestion for improvement would be dark curtains in the bedrooms ... we Germans like to sleep dark 😁
