Description
This beautiful and detached villa for 4 persons is located in the heart of the Aquitaine coast in the residence Eden Parc Golf. It is only 3,5 km from the sand beach Lacanau-Océan and 12 km. from the city centre of Lacanau.
The ground floor villa is luxuriously furnished and fully equipped. You will find a a decorative fireplace and TV in the living room, a luxury kitchen with dishwasher, a washing machine and dryer on the ground floor. It also disposes of two bedrooms, of which one with a double bed and one with two single beds, a bathroom or shower room and a separate toilet.
The villa has a covered patio and a very large garden with a large private pool (not heated and open from early April to early November). The size of the garden ranges from 1200 to 2600 m². You can also enjoy a lovely barbecue here. There is also a parking spot next to the villa.
In Eden Parc Golf, you can book various villas for four to eight people.
*It is obligatory to pay for electricity when staying outside of March 26 and November 5: €50 per week.

Verblijven hier was een hele ervaring! Super schoon en stijlvol, Het tweepersoonsbed was comfortabel, en de sfeer bij het zwembad is ongeëvenaard, Dichtbij een aantal goede eetgelegenheden, zoals L'Authentique, Laag-key obsessed met deze plek!
Privé zwembad = beste zomer ooit, Super ruim en schoon, BBQ in de tuin is anders, Dichtbij Plage Moutchic, dus stranddagen waren makkelijk, Over het algemeen, een solide verblijf, 10/10 zou het aanbevelen
An excellent place for a relaxing holiday! The villa's private pool was a highlight for us, We spent most of our afternoons lounging by the pool and enjoying the large garden, It's close enough to Bordeaux-Mérignac Airport, which made our arrival and departure smooth
A solid choice for a family vacation! The villa was well-furnished and provided plenty of space, We loved the convenience of being close to cycling paths and the beautiful beaches, It was a bit pricey with the added electricity fee, but we appreciated the value
Je viens de revenir d'une charmante escapade dans cette villa! Elle était propre et avait une atmosphère cosy, Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la terrasse couverte où nous avons pris nos repas, Les restaurants à proximité, surtout L'Authentique, étaient délicieux et ont ajouté à notre expérience culinaire
Die Villa ist so ein Vibe! Der private Pool im Garten ist eine ganze Stimmung, perfekt zum Entspannen oder für spontane Fotoshootings, Super gemütlicher Wohnbereich, und die Küche ist gut ausgestattet für nächtliche Snackgelüste, Nur eine kurze Autofahrt zum Strand, was ein großer Pluspunkt ist, Definitiv komme ich zurück!
