In the house: internet access, WiFi, air conditioning, washing machine, tumble dryer. Roofed, parking. Bus stop "Rotonda Melenara" 500 m. Please note: car recommended. Baby equipment on request. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected. Late arrivals will have an extra cost to be paid in cash: 20:30-22:00: 30€, 22:00-00:00: 50€, 00:00-01:30: 80€., Intermediate cleaning with change of linen for stays of more than 8 days.
