Near Durbuy, "Entre l"Eau" can accommodate 8 people and features a wellness area with sauna and bubble bath.
This pleasant house is equipped for 8 people and is less than 15 minutes drive from the center of Durbuy. " Entre l"Eau" consists of a kitchen on the ground floor that opens onto the living room and two bathrooms with a walk-in shower and toilet. The kitchen is well equipped and the living area has a flat screen TV, a pellet stove and a bar with fridge. At the back of the house you can enjoy the terrace with barbecue and the covered outdoor wellness area with bubble bath and sauna. Four bedrooms on the first floor: three with a double bed and one with two single beds. Bed and bath linen, energy not included.
The house next-door BE-6940-338 Chalet Cato of the same owner is suitable for 4 people, this is an excellent combination house with Entre L'eau for 2 families.

Very nice villa. Well located place. But have been without electricity here all evening. Called the villa's "emergency number". This one didn't come off. After a lot of searching and struggling we got the electricity back the next day, but the service of the emergency number is still very bad.
What was supposed to be a nice weekend was a bit disappointing due to the state of the house, in the description it is not stated that the house is only heated by a pellet stove in the kamer.Dat means that you have to leave all doors open to use it as well. to make the rest of the house pleasant. A description of how the stove works is available, but even a mechanic does not understand it, so we had a lot of trouble getting the stove to burn. He also regularly went into malfunction, so that we were left in the cold the last evening and morning. dining room chairs are worn to the thread, the leatherette is coming loose on all sides and the seats are sagging and are no longer pleasant. The Jacuzzi was cold when we arrived and we could only use it a day later. The control panel was completely worn out, which did not promote ease of use. A nail sticking out of the floor in one of the bedrooms and unfortunately also found dirty dishes. What is very difficult is that you have to take the garbage with you to the key address 10 kilometers away to to dump there We regularly rent a holiday home through Belvilla and have always been very satisfied to date, but this time we unfortunately have to give a negative response because there were too many points which did not meet the expectations of the rating of 4.2 out of 5 .
We were 7 = 2 families. Ideal house for this with 2 separate bathrooms. Maintenance of this house could be much better. Very unfortunate that in 1 bathroom the drain was clogged = shower for 2 minutes and then wait until the bathroom is no longer under water. The tap of the sink is loose and a mold smell in the cabinets.
We spent a weekend with 3 couples in the gite. The rooms are spacious and immaculate. There is no heating in the bedrooms, but this was not necessary. The pellet stove provided sufficient heating to the top. Downstairs there are 2 full bathrooms with an electric fire and good showers. For us the jacuzzi was a big plus. You can comfortably fit 6 in. The cottage also has a spacious garden, a trampoline and a sauna (not used). Highly recommended for a December weekend in Durbuy!
Pleasant stay, very quiet. When we arrived, jacuzzi and pellet stove were already at the right temperature. Small outdoor garden with the sound of the stream...very relaxing! Ideal region for bike rides.
Dear Ardennes Online employees, I would like to express my dissatisfaction as already discussed by telephone. We have booked an apartment through BelVilla in Belgium I have to admit that this is the worst apartment we have ever booked. We have already booked through many agencies and sites; but this was the worst ever and accommodation. Firstly, we had to drive 15 Km to get a key, then we had to pay a deposit pay about 800 Euro. This deposit will only be returned to the account 2 weeks after departure, I think this is a very strange situation! Nobody checked the house and we just had to make a movie? Strange that we have to wait so long; this is extra money for many people nowadays. You expect to get the deposit back quickly after departure. There is now no control and everyone can now just say that there is something wrong with the house? We had to return the key to the same house and deposit it in a mailbox; while no one was present. Because of this we could not short-circuit what was wrong. Immediately after us other people arrived I assume and you hope that the cleaning lady checks well. But can I assume this; because the house was very dirty on arrival. I also want to talk about the Hygiene part. The Jacuzzi was dirty and there were still beer caps and hair from the previous tenants, a moldy mat under the Jacuzzi. There were cigarette butts from the previous tenants all over the yard. The cushions of the garden set were covered in burn marks. It said that we had to provide cleaning supplies ourselves; below I understand some wipes, cleaning agent etc. There was not even a broom or vacuum cleaner in the apartment.
