Es Pinar - Villa With Private Pool In Alaró

The salt pool of 8m x 4m and a depth of 1.4m is only available to our guests and it is surrounded by a lounger area, interspersed among the pines. You can swim accompanied by unique views of the valley of Alaró while the only sound you hear is the birdsong. Several terraces invite you to relax and enjoy an outdoor dining. Those who do not want to give up the sport during their holidays, there is a tabletennis table, table football and a volleyball net. The owner is an artist and you'll see different works like statues made of stone in the garden. The plot is fenced and is ideal for those seeking tranquility and nature.

In the spacious living room with air conditioning you can watch a movie on satellite TV, listen to music or read your favorite book. In the typical Mallorcan kitchen you will find everything you need to prepare a banquet, including a gas cooker and a dining table with chairs. The laundry room offers a washing machine, a dryer, an iron and ironing board. On the ground floor there is a toilet. If traveling with a child, we can provide up to two cots and two high chairs on request. There are many board games for every age in the house.

Two bedrooms, both with double beds, (one with an en-suite bathroom with shower) are on the ground floor. On the first floor there is another room with double bed and private bathroom with shower and whirlpool bath and a bedroom with twin beds and en-suite with bath. Underneath, on the -1 floor, there is the games room with table football and ping-pong, sofas and a bathroom with shower and fitness machines. This accommodation invites you both summer and winter as there are four fans for the hot season and central heating for the colder months.

Alaró is a romantic place in the middle of the Tramuntana mountains and ideal for lovers of nature and mountains. Alaró is famous for its castle that you can visit through a nice trail. Apart from this, the area is great for biking or walking. You can visit the village of Orient, the Charterhouse of Valldemossa or the picturesque village of Deia. In Alaro there is a grocery store, good restaurants and cafes.

Regarding the beaches, you can choose between sandy beaches in the south, such as Palma beach, or rocky coves of the mountains, including Port des Canonge and Cala Deia. By car you can reach the part of the southwest and visit the beaches of Palmanova, Portals Nous and Illetes. In this part of the island there are theme parks like Katmandu and forest acrobatic course Jungle Parc Junior. Note: We cannot accept guests under 25 years unless you are a family. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden. There is exterior parking for 6 cars.
