This extremely luxurious and very spacious chalet is located directly on the ski slope of the Grebenzen ski area in Sankt Lambrecht. With no less than three floors, the property literally towers above the surrounding buildings. Since the other chalets have a maximum of two floors, you can enjoy a truly unparalleled, unobstructed view over the village, the famous Stift of Sankt Lambrecht, and the surrounding mountains

The interior of the house is modern, warm, and leaves nothing to be desired for a relaxing stay. On the top floor, adjacent to the cozy living room and the fully equipped kitchen, you'll find a spacious covered balcony that extends across the entire width of the chalet. Additionally, the property has a second outdoor space on the ground floor: a lovely terrace equipped with a hot tub, comfortable sun loungers, and a seating area. Since there are no buildings at the back of the chalet, it borders a beautiful nature reserve, allowing you to enjoy optimal peace and privacy here. Add to that the private sauna and the bathtub inside, and the wellness experience is complete. You also don't have to worry about parking: cars can be parked dry and sheltered directly under the chalet.

Sankt Lambrecht is a charming village with a few nice restaurants and shops, as well as a well-stocked supermarket. In the winter season of 2022/2023, a brand-new ultra-modern 10-person gondola lift was added to this still relatively undiscovered, fantastic, and snow-sure family ski area, with no long waiting lines at the lifts. There are several ski areas in the vicinity that can be visited with the same ski pass. In the summer, a visit to the beautiful medieval town of Murau is highly recommended. Here you'll find many nice shops and cozy terraces. In addition to scenic hikes in the mountains, you can also walk or bike along the Mur cycling path, which is a famous bike path along the Mur River that runs through the region. There are also many beautiful lakes and an 18-hole golf course about a 20-minute drive away.

In short, this area is the ideal place for active vacationers and peace seekers, both in summer and winter, as it is still undiscovered by mass tourism. Here you can still enjoy genuine Austrian conviviality and numerous traditions. As for nature, the region is incredibly beautiful and unspoiled
