This light-filled chalet, with approximately 200 m² of living space spread over three floors, offers plenty of room for friends or large families. The modern furnishings and generous layout create a comfortable and inviting atmosphere – perfect for spending time together in the mountains.
In winter, enjoy true ski-in/ski-out convenience: simply strap on your skis and head straight from the house to the slopes. After an active day, the private sauna invites you to relax. A ski boot dryer and a storage room for skis or bicycles are also available.
The heart of the chalet is the large dining area for up to 10 people, where everyone can enjoy a relaxing end to the day together. A covered terrace with breathtaking views of the surrounding nature completes the picture.
Comfortable amenities include a washing machine, dryer, and ski boot warmer. Two covered carport parking spaces are available.
The location is characterized by its tranquility and proximity to nature – no mass tourism, but a charming, family-friendly ski area. At the same time, the village center of St. Lamprecht is just a short distance away.
In summer, the chalet is the ideal starting point for hikes and mountain bike tours in the surrounding mountain landscape.

Among other things, the climate, air quality, amount of green space, recreational opportunities, and noise and traffic levels were evaluated.
