Description
Nicely renovated holiday home on a well-kept garden plot in a quiet location in a small community above the lively port and seaside resort of Granville. The cozy living-dining room has wide sliding doors leading onto two pleasant south and south-west facing patio areas, perfect for relaxing, sunbathing and uncomplicated al fresco dining. On the 2 available bicycles you can explore the surrounding coastal area. The two car parking spaces on our own property are particularly practical, so the car can also go on vacation.
The Donville-les-Bains beach is one of the most pleasant in the region. The family beach is monitored in summer and, with its Pavillon Bleu label, invites you to go swimming or fishing. Granville, also called Monaco of the North, is only 4 km away. Nice boutiques, good restaurants and a wide range of leisure activities lure you here. The world-famous Mont St. Michel and the landing beaches on the other side of the Cotentin are attractive destinations.

Ruim en goed onderhouden, Het voelde meer als een thuis dan alleen een vakantiehuis, De buitenruimte was perfect voor onze kinderen om te spelen, Het strand was op korte rijafstand, wat handig was,
Deze plek was precies wat we nodig hadden, Rustig, ruim en met alle noodzakelijke voorzieningen, De WiFi werkte perfect, wat een pluspunt was voor verbonden te blijven, We zouden graag terugkomen!
La maison était confortable et bien équipée, Les portes coulissantes menant au patio étaient fantastiques pour profiter des couchers de soleil, C'était un endroit paisible, loin de l'agitation, mais assez proche pour visiter Granville facilement,
I was impressed by how cozy and well-decorated the apartment was, The kitchen had all the necessary appliances, which made cooking a pleasure, It felt like a home away from home, and the sea view was a delightful bonus,
