Comfortable holiday home, quietly located in the Kairon district, just 200m from the sea and the huge beach that stretches from St. Pair-sur-Mer to Jullouville. The spacious living room opens onto two south-facing terraces. Outside the summer months you will appreciate the pleasant warmth of the wood stove. The owners offer 3 bags of pellets for each one-week rental during the winter period. In summer, you can take advantage of the beach shower, which is outside the house, in a small room, which is very practical when you return from swimming.
