Description
Take a vacation on the farm with friends/family on a large, open plot of land in the small district of Brusow near the small town of Kröpelin. Here you can enjoy the peace and quiet and relax from everyday life.
The family holiday home has space for 4 people and has 1 living area with an open kitchen and 1 bathroom with shower and toilet on the ground floor. The open sleeping gallery is on the upper floor, under the roof.
Note: very steep stairs, not necessarily suitable for small children!
The holiday home has a covered terrace. Various barbecue facilities (e.g. fireplace grill) are available for all guests.
Horses, ducks and chickens, pigeons, rabbits and dogs are at home here on the farm. Experience the Baltic Sea resorts of Kühlungsborn and Rerik, about 15 minutes away by car, with their wide sandy beaches, piers and beach promenades, etc.

A very nice little place to stay. There were three of us and really enjoyed our stay.
The location is ideal for exploring both Gubbio and Perugia, The host was friendly, and the place was clean and well-maintained, A great base to experience Umbria!

The house is charming and well-decorated, offering everything we needed for a comfortable stay, The steep stairs to the sleeping gallery were a bit tricky with small kids, but we managed just fine, Overall, a lovely spot!
