The sea view from our room was simply amazing, We spent a lot of time on the balcony enjoying the scenery, The bathroom was also very nice,
This place is fantastic for families! With three bedrooms, everyone had their own space, The private garden was a nice touch, and the kids loved playing outside while we fired up the BBQ,
Alles ist in Ordnung
Het hele complex oogt erg gedateerd; bij nadere inspectie en bij daadwerkelijk gebruik blijken veel speeltoestellen, evenals de tafeltennistafel en het voetbalveld (gras, doelnetten), helaas vaak volledig kapot te zijn. Het huis, het terras en de tuin van Huis 7 zijn erg versleten en de buitengevel is onaantrekkelijk. Het meubilair sluit slecht en valt vaak bijna uit elkaar. Het houten terras heeft grote gaten en is onbruikbaar met blote voeten, en het gazon is tevens een veld. Na een week hadden we een ernstige mierenplaag in de keuken. De beheerder was meerdere keren snel en aanspreekbaar, maar kon geen snelle oplossing vinden. Er was geen wasmachine, ondanks dat dit wel in onze boekingsbeschrijving stond. Over het algemeen doet het personeel zijn best, maar het schiet op alle vlakken tekort en er zijn dringend grote investeringen nodig in het onderhoud. We hebben geen hoge verwachtingen, maar we hebben in veel betere accommodaties verbleven in andere vakantieregio's in Duitsland. De voorzieningen in de regio, inclusief openbaar vervoer en restaurants, zijn hier echter top!
