Description
This cozy holiday home is located in Viechtach, Germany. There are 3 bedrooms where a total of 8 people can stay and the home is perfect for a holiday with friends or family. Additionally, you may bring up to 2 pets. The house is surrounded by beautiful forests.
The farm is idyllically situated and offers breathtaking views of the area. Nearby are numerous hiking and biking trails. In winter you can go cross-country and downhill skiing. You can take a trip to Grosse Arber, the Bavarian Forest National Park or to Passau. The center with restaurants, supermarkets and entertainment venues is located 7 km from the house.
The cozy house has everything you need. The living room has a comfortable couch and the kitchen is equipped with modern equipment. There are 2 bathrooms, 1 both a shower and a bath and in the storage room is a washing machine. You have your own garden with terrace where you can barbecue.

Great holiday home, pure idyll. Anyone looking for action and noise is wrong here. Whoever has an eye for nature is exactly right. Nice house people and great bread service
The accommodation was as described.
Arrival: cold and heartless with early cancellation (see below) We only got the front door key in our car and that was all! No warm welcome, no personal showing the house, as well as the inventory and the technical equipment, as well as no important and safety information! Ansich we found the landlord as a verbal and cold, so anything but warm! Accommodation: Partly new, partly pieced together and disused pieces of furniture! Environment: very nice, unfortunately located on a thoroughfare, fortunately but little traffic. Why leave break: Our annual leave is from Sat. 06 to Fri 12.07. good, booked until 14.07.2019. But as the landlord (with farm) on Fri the 12.07. In the afternoon, the manure of his cattle directly in front of and around (at a distance of about 10-15 meters) of the house distributed, our holiday had died downright and could only flee from unspeakable odor nuisance, d. H. We had to cancel our annual leave. The immediate, unacceptable odor we do not have to explain to you, in addition masses (100th) were added to flies. As we approach the landlord on how we have to understand this action, we were only answered: "that is part of it and it would rain soon anyway, then it would be gone again", which was not true. Why only in the immediate vicinity of the house the manure was distributed and not in the farthest area of the much larger meadow, is extremely incomprehensible. All evidence is photographically recorded and the amount of the refund is already under negotiation.
The accomodation, was comfortably furnished and the equipment was sufficient. A fantastic location for nice quiet hours
Price / quality ok. Just neat. We are sorry about the small dishes, a mix of plates, glasses and cutlery. Sitting space too small at 8 pers. Good heating. Quiet location, many possibilities close by for a walk, etc.
Neat house. Not very modern and cozy but it was good to do. The house is clean and the bedrooms are spacious. Not much room in the living room. We were with his 5s and that for below actually the max. Owner little seen. Only for the final bill. The house is in a nice spot. Little traffic and beautiful surroundings. Ski areas are available after a 20min drive.
