The hut is located on a large natural plot of land about 300 meters from Lake Traboch.
The cozy towns of Traboch, St. Peter-Freienstein and Trofaiach are located in the "Erzberg Leoben" region in the middle of the state of Styria and are an ideal holiday destination for those seeking relaxation and families. The mountain world of the Eisenerz Alps with the largest iron ore open-cast mine in Central Europe also offers impressive insights into the mining history and a wealth of possibilities in the midst of magnificent natural scenery. The "Wilde Berg Mautern - Wildlife Park" is nearby and the "Gesäuse - Wild Water and Steep Rock" National Park is easily accessible by car via the Präbichl and is a great starting point for wonderful mountain tours and hikes.
The Formula 1 RB-Österreich-Ring in Spielberg/Zeltweg is only 30 km from Lake Traboch.

The cottage is not large and certainly not suitable if you have difficulty walking. It does not have a view of the lake but is close to it. For us it was fine. We were well received and complaints were dealt with as quickly as possible. The bathroom is quite small and you can take a shower in about 5 minutes. After that the hot water runs out and it takes about 10 minutes for it to warm up again. So in summary it is a great house to explore the area from there, but do not expect lavish luxury.
We waardeerden de aandacht voor detail in de inrichting, alles voelde uitnodigend en het maakte ons verblijf zeer aangenaam, dicht bij het strand en andere attracties, we hadden niet om een betere locatie kunnen vragen,
Clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals, and the outdoor BBQ grill was a nice touch, Perfect for a family vacation!
Nous avons adoré les attractions à proximité, en particulier la mine d'Erzberg, Les enfants étaient fascinés par l'histoire minière, La cabane elle-même était confortable, mais les escaliers raides étaient un peu difficiles pour notre plus jeune
Le Ferienhütte Trabochersee était le refuge parfait pour notre famille, Nous avons adoré l'ambiance chaleureuse de la cabane et la proximité du lac Traboch, Les enfants se sont éclatés à explorer le parc animalier à proximité!
Das Haus ist fantastisch, komfortabel und in einer traumhaften Lage, In der Nähe befinden sich ein Fluss, ein Park und viele Cafés, Ein idealer Ort zum Entspannen, Hervorragende Kommunikation und Organisation mit dem Eigentümer
