Can Fiol is a stunning 3 bedroom stone villa for 6 people, with modern interiors and stunning outdoor areas. Perfectly located between Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa. On the ground floor, double wooden doors lead into a large hallway, finished in beautiful marble and with a staircase leading to the upper floor. The large modern kitchen is fitted with all necessary appliances and includes a breakfast area which has been attractively furnished with an aluminium and glass table with bright orange chairs. There is also a walk-in utility room and a door leads directly onto the surrounding terrace. A large separate dining room/lounge is furnished with comfortable sofas and armchairs and an attractive wooden dining table, two sets of double glass doors lead out to the rear terrace.
