Villa Heaven is a luxurious and elegant holiday villa situated in a quiet area of village Slatine on Čiovo island, located just 9 km from UNESCO protected city of Trogir and 11,3 km from Split airport. This villa blends elegance, luxury, and functionality. Situated just 5 meters from the beach and crystal-clear sea, the villa offers panoramic views of the coast, mountains, and the city of Split. Villa Heaven consists of a subterranean floor, ground floor and first floor which covers a total of 260 m2 of living area. The villa has 5 double bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a living room with an open concept kitchen,1 half-bath and can accommodate up to 10 persons. On the subterranean floor you will find 2 air-conditioned bedrooms and one bathroom with a shower. Both bedrooms have double beds and SAT-TV. The first floor is a resting area with 3 air-conditioned bedrooms. Each bedroom has a double bed and a SAT-TV. There are 2 bathrooms with showers and a laundry room. All three rooms share a large balcony overlooking the sea, which features a seating set. Some of the highlights of this villa include the Mediterranean garden featuring a heated infinity pool (50 m2), jacuzzi, and sun loungers. For those who wish to spend more time outdoors, the villa offers a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with a barbecue grill and a table with seating for 10 people.
