The kitchen opens onto the outdoor area with a grill and a dining space with comfortable outdoor furniture. The roof terrace with deckchairs and other comfortable outdoor furniture affords an open view of the sea. Three cars can be parked in front of the house. The luxurious villa is spread over several floors and can accommodate eight people comfortably. The main floor is a spacious and open-plan living space.
