We would have expected more from a 4 star facility, especially in terms of cleanliness
The flagship building is clearly the hotel/main building. The holiday homes are okay, but unfortunately savings are being made on cheap/simple points
The support from the travel agency was excellent! Staff in the holiday resort could be friendlier (v, a, in the service) WLAN was permanently overloaded Bathroom not particularly suitable for children (entry into the shower too high) limited to very limited range of gastronomy at noon
We felt very comfortable, our landlords were very courteous, the barbecue area was great and we felt very well looked after,
Dishes not enough for 8 people, no intermediate cleaning after 7 days
- very good child care - facility is getting old, renovation would be appropriate
