The "Once Upon a Time" complex offers a fairy-tale-like setting, with terraced layouts and stunning views of the Ligurian coast around Albenga. Located in Villanova d'Albenga, just a few kilometers inland from the coastal towns of Alassio, Ceriale, and Albenga, this charming spot is perfect for exploring the region. Nearby attractions include the Toirano Caves, just 25 minutes by car, and the world-renowned beaches between San Remo and Genoa.
The complex features 90 residential units, a restaurant, reception with safe, snack bar, parking, a bar with TV room, a discotheque, a garden, and a fitness room on the 10th floor. Additional amenities include a sauna (10€/person), Turkish bath (10€/person), whirlpool, and four swimming pools. Wi-Fi is available in public areas like the pool, reception, and bar. The mini-market operates only in the mornings (June 1 to September 15), and there is a shuttle bus to the beach (Mon-Fri, July-August, 3€/person).
A mini club for children (ages 5-16) runs in July and August. The pools are open from May to September, with varying hours and temperatures. The panoramic terrace, featuring a heated whirlpool for up to 6 people, is open from the start to the end of the season.
Please note, the complex is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility, and a tourism fee may apply (to be paid on-site).

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad in het vakantiehuis in Bayrischzell. Het uitzicht vanaf ons terras was werkelijk adembenemend, vooral tijdens zonsondergang. De nabijheid van zowel de skipistes als lokale restaurants, zoals het Wendelsteinhaus, was een groot pluspunt. De kinderen vermaakten zich in de speelkamer en met de pingpongtafel, terwijl wij genoten van de rustige sfeer. De sauna was een fijne bijkomstigheid na een dag op de piste. Kortom, een fantastische ervaring die we graag nog eens willen herhalen!
Men moet de boekingsbevestiging zorgvuldig lezen, In de advertentie staat dat alle appartementen gelijk zijn uitgerust, maar dat klopt niet, We hadden maar één kamer, maar gelukkig was de familie die het huis beheert erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam en bood ons tegen een meerprijs een tweekamerappartement aan

Nous avons passé un merveilleux moment dans cette maison de vacances, Les vues étaient simplement époustouflantes, et l'appartement était spacieux, Le seul inconvénient ? Le Wi-Fi pouvait être un peu capricieux parfois
Un excellent endroit adapté aux familles, Il y avait beaucoup d'espace pour tout le monde, et nous avons adoré le patio extérieur, Les options de restauration locales étaient variées : ne manquez pas le Restaurant Alpenwirt pour un délicieux repas !
