Aufen is a quiet holiday resort. The flat is located directly on the edge of the nature reserve and is therefore the last house in the street. The house was completely renovated in 2021. A staircase leads to the house from the street. The flat is located on the ground floor with its own entrance and private garden area. The modern fitted kitchen offers plenty of space for cooking with a view of the greenery. You can sit comfortably at the bar, drink coffee or enjoy a fine meal. In the adjoining living room there is a cosy couch, armchairs and a table that can also be folded out. You could also eat or work comfortably here. There is a small cloakroom with a shoe cupboard in the hallway. The bathroom has a rimless toilet with soft close function, a washbasin and a walk-in shower. Towels are provided. The bedroom is spacious with plenty of storage space in the wardrobe and chest of drawers. The bed has a pocket spring mattress and measures 180 * 200 cm. The window has a fly screen so that the window can also be left open at night. Washing machine and tumble dryer are also available in the flat. Quiet neighbourhood mainly with detached houses. The approx. 200 square metre garden facing north/east is used exclusively.
