These are available at the club water about five kilometres away.

Malchow is also called the island town, because the oldest part of the town is located on an island in the middle of the lake, which is connected to the mainland by a swing bridge. Today the bridge is not only a technical monument, but also the town centre, a landing stage for passenger ships and a tourist attraction with lots of gastronomy and great flair.

This can be arranged individually: Bicycle tours, hiking or horseback riding excursions and much more. Nature lovers in particular get their money's worth here between all the water and the many forests. But water sports enthusiasts also have plenty of opportunities here, as sailing, diving and pedal boating are just a small selection of the modern sports facilities in this region. Even in winter there is still plenty to discover, for example the ice rink is a popular destination for hockey fans and skaters. And if you don't want to miss the winter feeling in summer, just pay a visit to the summer toboggan run or the monkey park. Of course, the cultural aspects should not be neglected either. For example, the organ museum and its numerous concerts in the monastery church of Malchow Monastery are very popular. A visit to the GDR Museum, which is located in a former cinema, or an excursion to the Malchow swing bridge is also a great addition. This is where the diversity of the island town comes together once again, as culture, water activities and recreation all come together in one popular spot.
