The cosy holiday flat on the 2nd floor is lovingly furnished and well equipped to make your stay as pleasant as possible. A large living room with 30 square metres, equipped with a balcony facing east, a spacious dining table and a comfortable couch, offers enough space for sociable hours. The kitchen leaves nothing to be desired: A dishwasher, induction hob, fridge with freezer compartment, as well as all crockery and cooking utensils are provided. Two spacious double bedrooms, one of which has its own bathroom, guarantee restful nights and an unforgettable view of the mountains. The outdoor area of our house is a paradise for young and old. A large garden with playground, equipped with swings, slide, sandpit, trampoline and seesaw, invites you to romp and play. If you want to take it easy, you can relax on our comfortable deckchairs. Our animal residents, the rabbits Flicki & Flocki, cat Mimi and farm dog Lena, are happy to be stroked and make your stay unforgettable, especially for children. A variety of leisure activities are available in the immediate vicinity of the holiday home. Just 200 metres away is a large forest playground for adventures in the great outdoors, and the picturesque mountain village of Lappach with its bar, restaurant and grocery shop is just 500 metres away. The region is a paradise for hikers and nature lovers: extensive hikes to the Zillertal's three-thousand metre peaks or to the nearby Alpine pastures start right on your doorstep. In winter, ski tours and snowshoe hikes transform the snow-covered landscape into a wonderful winter wonderland.
