On the east coast, between Son Servera and Cala Millor, you will find this finca nestled on the slope of the small mountain Puig de Sa Font, hence its name. In addition to the famous beaches of Cala Millor and Sa Coma, which are only 5 minutes away by car, there is a stretch of coastline with still unspoilt beaches called "Costa de los Pinos". The property with approximately 15.000 m² of land offers the perfect retreat. The gardens and the large swimming pool, surrounded by lawns and Mediterranean vegetation, leave no limits to outdoor relaxation. With a living area of approximately 230 m², the house offers three double bedrooms (all with single beds) and two bathrooms (1 with shower and 1 with shower in the bathtub) on one floor.
