From the covered balcony on the first floor you have a beautiful view of the wonderful low mountain region. You will feel in good hands here from the very first moment. Enjoy the peace and quiet and relax in the garden while the children can let off steam on the various play equipment. Nature lovers will find a variety of tours to suit every requirement thanks to the well-signposted network of paths. Whether you want to hike, swim, cycle or just relax on one of the 8,000-meter peaks, there is something for every taste here. The region also offers a wide range of activities in winter. The slopes of the Grosser Arber and the adjacent ski areas make the hearts of winter sports fans beat faster. Well-groomed cross-country ski trails, cleared winter hiking trails and natural toboggan runs require skill and sometimes even courage. But there are also excursions to the surrounding area: Lohberg Bayerwald Animal Park, Arber mountain railway, Falkenstein National Park Centre with House of the Wilderness and animal enclosures, forest canopy walk and treetop path in the Bavarian Forest, Arnbruck Glass Village, Passau, excursions to the nearby Czech Republic.

It is a lovely apartment. Everything is in stock to enjoy optimally.
Great on arrival the owner was already waiting for us super friendly people everything was explained perfectly and if we had more questions we could just ring the bell. We had great weather so that is of course a plus. We definitely recommend this accommodation to other couples

Alles was gewoon goed! Schoon, comfortabel en een geweldige basis voor onze wandeltochten, Het balkon was perfect voor koffie in de ochtend, Ook niet te ver van München, dus gemakkelijk toegang tot de stad wanneer dat nodig is, Zou zeker weer komen
J'ai passé un merveilleux séjour, Les propriétaires étaient vraiment accueillants et serviables, L'appartement était joliment décoré et propre, J'ai adoré avoir deux salles de bain, cela a facilité la vie avec les enfants, Globalement, un bon endroit pour une escapade en famille
J'adore l'espace jardin, Parfait pour des barbecues et se détendre, De plus, les enfants peuvent s'amuser sur les équipements de jeu, Un grand avantage !
