Terrible. We were in Paris and for the second half of our trip, we booked this unit. We never received an email or the codes to get into the unit. We left voice mail messages with no return message. We emailed and received an email that the address was no longer operational. VRBO contacted them multiple times to no avail. We spent hours on the phone with VRBO while in Paris on a holiday and missed dinner reservations which required $250.00 EURO which we never attended and lost. We tried to message the host multiple times on VRBO and the system said it could not reach the host. We ultimately had to rebook a new hotel to continue our trip to Paris. We lost a whole day reaching out to ensure we had another place to move to. It was a complete disaster and full of stress and anxiety.

Fantastic location, just a stone's throw from public transport, The bathroom is cozy and spacious, with ample storage, Loved the coffee machine too!

Our stay at this apartment in Paris was delightful, The location was great, close to local attractions in a vibrant area, Despite being small, the apartment had everything we needed for a pleasant stay, Special thanks to Joffrey for his assistance and valuable local recommendations, In summary, an excellent option for a quick visit to Paris,

Excellent location, smooth check-in process! There is currently some construction taking place in the building, which can be quite noisy starting from 8:30am

Amazing location, extremely useful guidance provided by Joffrey, All the bars, restaurants, and cafes we visited were within a 20-minute walk, The shower and sink may have drainage issues, but the location makes up for it, There is also a pharmacy and shop conveniently located right outside, Experience Paris like a local by staying in this accommodation!

Fantastic location, Situated in the heart of the city with numerous fascinating attractions nearby, A metro station close by provides convenient transportation options, Though a bit pricey considering the size of the lodging, it's generally satisfactory, The initial impression was marred by the unclean alleyway/street and the foul odor in the narrow entrance/lobby, which should be rectified for upcoming guests, The actual room was neat and well-organized, The host was prompt in responding to messages,

Excellent location, right by the Louvre, and within walking distance of many of the city's top attractions,

Extremely centrally located in Paris, amazing location very close to the Louvre, a major metro station and plenty of restaurants, The bed was extremely comfortable, however, the apartment itself is more akin to the size of a very compact hotel room, The bathroom sink had poor drainage and there was no room to unpack a suitcase, only space to hang clothes in a closet, minor inconveniences that we managed to work around, The narrow, twisting staircase made it unpleasant to carry luggage up, but this was clearly stated in the information provided, The individual responsible for the property made an effort to reach out to us via text to ensure that everything was satisfactory during our stay, While a bit expensive for the size of the accommodation, the location justifies the cost, I was a bit let down by the need to pay an extra $40 Euro to check in 3 hours early, The property had already been cleaned and prepared by that time, I opted to check out at 5,30am instead of the usual 10am checkout time, so it would have been appreciated if the difference in check-in/check-out times had been accommodated,

The flat was ideal for my solo trip, the area is charming, tidy, and contemporary, It's within walking distance to fantastic restaurants (just below), the Louvre, the Orsay Museum, and many other attractions, The host is proactive in ensuring your stay is perfect ☺️

The price was $50 per night more than we had budgeted for last minute,,, Overall, it was a fantastic place to stay, The location was excellent,,, We would probably stay there again if the price was lower,,, It appears to be quite a bit higher than the market
