Super central – the “Zentrum” bus stop (local/ski bus) is directly in front of the building, the Weisshorn cable car is just a 7-minute walk away, there’s a ski rental and sports shop in the building, and a supermarket directly across the street – and yet absolutely quiet, thanks to the building’s hillside location five floors below the main road. From the balcony – and even from the comfortable king-size box spring bed – you’ll enjoy a spectacular view over the entire Schanfigg valley, the Hochwang, the Untersee and the Schiesshorn. The bright 1.5-room flat also includes high-speed internet (300 Mbit/s), Wi-Fi, cable TV, and a flat-screen TV. There is a lot going on in the event destination of Arosa in winter and summer! Numerous events on the mountain, in the village or on the lake inspire their audience. As well as the beautiful ski slopes and mountain panoramas that leave nothing to be desired. The traditional Graubünden holiday resort of Arosa lies at the end of the romantic Schanfigg valley at around 1800m.
