There are two further terraces facing south-east, as well as a children’s playground and a playing corner with toys. There is a generous outdoor area with two grills, garden furniture and play equipment. The wellness and fitness area includes a sauna, fitness equipment, a shower and wellness loungers. It is a luxurious and well-equipped holiday house with 300m² of space, in a top location for an unforgettabl holiday for up to 12 people. There is a washing machine on each floor. Each floor has a spacious living and dining room with a bar. It is situated amidst a biking and hiking paradise. There are routes right in front of the house. It is 10 minutes to Ossiachersee for swimming, going on a bike circuit around the lake, and a range of recreational activities. It is 15 minutes to the cable car up Geritzen and 25 minutes to Villach. It is an hour to the top ski resorts such as Nassfeld, Kranjska Gora, Bad Kleinkirchheim etc. and two hours to the sea. On each floor there is a wine cupboard, stocked on request with some suggestions. A Nespresso machine with capsules is available, or you can bring your own capsules.
