A private underground parking space belonging to the apartment, located in the neighboring building, is available free of charge. The apartment features a separate sleeping area with two foldaway beds (90 x 200 cm each), one bathroom, a sofa bed (125 cm wide), a flat-screen satellite TV, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and a large sunny balcony. Ski storage and laundry facilities are available in the building. The building also has an elevator and the apartment is located on the first floor.
