Situated in a quiet and family-friendly residential area, this spacious house offers 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room and a modern, fully equipped kitchen-diner featuring a 5-burner gas stove, large oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, 2 sinks with a Quooker tap. There is a toilet on every floor. A spacious playroom is available with toys and various games. The garden (20 x 5 m) enjoys sunshine throughout the day (until approximately 8:00 PM). Of course, plenty of shade can be created with the 2 parasols. The garden also features a large trampoline, a gas BBQ and a spacious seating area. You can park free of charge at the property using our parking permit. Tram and bus services (including connections to the city centre) are just a 2-minute walk away.
