If you follow a picturesque road on the opposite side of the hill for about 35km, you will reach the sea with the villages of Castiglioncello, Vada and Rosignano (province of Livorno). There are many historic monuments and Roman churches to visit. The village is charming with its surrounding hilly landscape, and is also famous for its culinary gastronomic tradition.
