Description
Flat in Residence in Tombola di Giannella: a small handkerchief of land overlooking the sea, at the foot of Monte Argentario. The beach, about 100 metres away, stretches for 7 km. The large pine forest of maritime pines and special shrubs in which the residence is immersed is an ideal place for holidays dedicated to sport and relaxation.
Monte Argentario offers a rare natural beauty, with wooded hills, olive groves and vineyards, beaches and ancient fishing villages such as Porto Ercole and Santo Stefano. From the port of Santo Stefano you can take the ferry to the island of Giglio or the natural park of Giannutri.
The flats of the residence are simply furnished and all have a terrace or private outdoor space, independent entrance and parking space.
At guests' disposal: bar/pizzeria/gastronomy, minimarket, cash dispenser, tennis court, children's playground, laundry. (washing machine shared with other guests, extra charge)
From the centre, 5 km away, there are buses to visit various towns in the surrounding area.

We hadden een heerlijke tijd in deze woning! De locatie is fantastisch, op slechts een paar stappen van het strand en omgeven door de natuur, Het tennisveld was een leuke aanvulling, en de kinderen vonden het geweldig om daar te spelen, De flat zelf was ruim genoeg voor onze groep, en we vonden het een geweldige uitvalsbasis om Monte Argentario te verkennen, De gastheren waren vriendelijk en gastvrij, wat ons verblijf nog aangenamer maakte
We hielden van ons verblijf hier, De locatie is fantastisch, op slechts 100 meter van het strand, Het gebied is vredig, omgeven door natuur, wat het een perfecte ontsnapping maakt aan de drukte, De airconditioning was een redding tijdens de hete dagen
Ons verblijf in de Residence in Tombola di Giannella was gewoonweg heerlijk, De locatie is ongeëvenaard - slechts een korte wandeling naar het strand! We hielden van de ruime flat met zijn privéterras, waar we genoten van onze ochtendkoffie terwijl we de prachtige uitzichten op het dennenbos in ons opnamen, De sfeer was vredig en perfect voor ontspanning, Bovendien was het een grote bonus om een pizzeria en minimarkt op het terrein te hebben, We zouden zeker terugkomen!
The flat was decent, with a practical layout, We appreciated the air conditioning, especially at night, It’s very close to the beach, but I wish there were more amenities nearby, Overall, a good experience
Location is a dream, just a short walk to the beach, Air conditioning worked great, too!
