Description
Flat in Residence in Tombola di Giannella: a small handkerchief of land overlooking the sea, at the foot of Monte Argentario. The beach, about 100 metres away, stretches for 7 km. The large pine forest of maritime pines and special shrubs in which the residence is immersed is an ideal place for holidays dedicated to sport and relaxation.
Monte Argentario offers a rare natural beauty, with wooded hills, olive groves and vineyards, beaches and ancient fishing villages such as Porto Ercole and Santo Stefano. From the port of Santo Stefano you can take the ferry to the island of Giglio or the natural park of Giannutri.
The flats of the residence are simply furnished and all have a terrace or private outdoor space, independent entrance and parking space.
At guests' disposal: bar/pizzeria/gastronomy, minimarket, cash dispenser, tennis court, children's playground, laundry. (washing machine shared with other guests, extra charge)
From the centre, 5 km away, there are buses to visit various towns in the surrounding area.

Een eenvoudig maar aangenaam verblijf, Het tennisveld was een leuke toevoeging voor onze groep, en met een minimarkt in de buurt was het gemakkelijk om snacks te pakken, De airconditioning was een redder in nood tijdens de hittegolf
Wat een pareltje! We hielden van de rust van de locatie en de natuurlijke schoonheid rondom de woning, De nabijgelegen stadjes zijn charmant, en de ferry naar het eiland Giglio was een hoogtepunt van onze reis!
Overall, a great experience, The flat was simply furnished but very functional, It was nice to have a private entrance and parking space, The beach is beautiful and just a stone's throw away
A lovely spot for a relaxing holiday! The air conditioning kept us cool during the hot days, and we appreciated the spacious outdoor area, The nearby pine forest provided a nice shady escape for morning walks
Cette résidence est parfaite pour ceux qui recherchent une retraite paisible, La nature environnante est magnifique, et nous nous sommes sentis chez nous dans l'appartement, Nous envisagerions définitivement de revenir pour une autre escapade estivale !
Nous avons passé une semaine agréable ici, L'appartement était simple mais confortable, juste ce dont nous avions besoin, La plage était super proche, comme à 100 mètres ? Parfait pour les baignades matinales, Nous avons même pris le ferry pour Giglio, ce qui était une journée incroyable ! Je recommanderais définitivement cet endroit si vous cherchez à vous détendre au bord de la mer
