At the foot of Mont Lozère in the Cévennes National Park and on the Stevenson Trail, this owner offers three adjoining gîtes located in a very quiet hamlet. Close to Pont de Montvert where all shops are located.
"Le Finiels" Gite:
On the ground floor: Living room (TV) with equipped kitchenette (microwave, refrigerator, gas stove with oven), shower room with WC and washing machine.
Upstairs: 1 bedroom (1 double bed).
Terrace with garden furniture and barbecue.
Pets allowed free of charge. WIFI
The price includes: Utilities, electricity including electric heating (up to 26 kWh/day).
The price does not include: End-of-stay cleaning service (€25), bathroom and household linen rental (€5/person), bed linen rental (€8/bed). Electricity over 26 kWh/day (to be paid on site at the current rate). Two checks will be required upon arrival (one for a €150 damage deposit and one for a €25 cleaning deposit, returned if the cottage is left clean).
