Gîte Saint Caprais, house adjoining the owner in a small hamlet in the heart of Margeride.
On the ground floor: large living room/lounge (wood stove, television, WIFI, telephone) with integrated kitchen (microwave, washing machine). -dishes, fridge/freezer), laundry area (storage, washing machine and dryer), bathroom, separate WC and 1 bedroom (2 100 cm beds with direct access to the garden).
Upstairs: 1 bedroom (1 140 cm bed), 2 bedrooms (1 160 cm bed), bathroom and separate WC.
WIFI access (fiber).
Fully enclosed garden with garden furniture and barbecue, covered carport.
Pets admitted free of charge.
The price includes: Charges, electricity and electricity. 8 kWh per day, heating.
The price does not include: Rental of sheets (8€/bed), bathroom and household linen (6€/person), cleaning service at the end of the stay (75€).
