This spacious and characteristic holiday home of approximately 105 m² accommodates up to 6 people. The gîte used to be the farm's wine cellar, from which it derives its name. Today, it is a comfortable and atmospheric holiday retreat where authentic charm and modern convenience come together.
On the ground floor, you will find a cozy living room and, a few steps down, a fully equipped kitchen. This is equipped with a refrigerator, hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster.
On the first floor, there are two bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom. On the mezzanine, a third bedroom is furnished with two single beds.
The outdoors is also a delight to enjoy. At both the front and rear of the house, you have a private terrace with garden furniture, a dining table, chairs, and a barbecue. The spacious garden invites you to relax, with green lawns, a sunny sunbathing area, and pleasant shady spots under the trees.
Naturally, a refreshing dip is a must! On the grounds, you can make free use of the large, fenced swimming pool measuring 12 × 6 meters.
The gîte is situated in the middle of the peaceful French countryside, surrounded by forests, rivers, lakes, vast grain fields, and colorful sunflower fields. A beautiful, natural setting to unwind completely and fully enjoy the French outdoor life.
