Step into the warmth of rural France at this charming gîte, built in the authentic style of a former French farmhouse and comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests. Full of character yet equipped for modern comfort, it makes a wonderful base for a relaxing holiday in the Dordogne.
Upstairs, three bedrooms offer flexible sleeping arrangements: one with a double bed and two with two single beds each, ideal for families or friends travelling together. A cot is available for the youngest guests. The bathroom has a bath with shower, toilet and washbasin.

On the ground floor, the spacious, cosy living room features an original fireplace and wood-burning stove, with a separate dining room next to it. The fully equipped kitchen includes a coffee maker, kettle, toaster, hob, oven, microwave and dishwasher. A washing machine, ironing board, board games and Wi-Fi complete the picture. Outside, private terraces at the front and rear come with garden furniture, a dining table, chairs, a parasol and a barbecue, perfect for long summer meals.

The spacious garden invites you to slow down. Find a sunny spot on the lawn with a sun lounger, or unwind in the shade of the trees. The large, fenced 12 x 6 metre shared swimming pool is ideal for cooling off on warm days, with a sunshower close by. Bicycles are available for exploring the surrounding countryside, so you can enjoy the very best of the Dordogne at your own pace.
