On the ground floor, there is a spacious, cozy living room with an original fireplace and wood-burning stove. Additionally, there is a separate dining room and a fully equipped kitchen including a coffee maker, kettle, toaster, hob, oven, and dishwasher.
Upstairs, three bedrooms are furnished: one with a double bed and two bedrooms each with two single beds. The bathroom is equipped with a bath with shower, toilet, and washbasin.
Outside, you can enjoy a private terrace at both the front and rear of the house, complete with garden furniture, a dining table, chairs, and a barbecue.
The spacious garden offers plenty of opportunities to relax. Find a sunny spot on the lawn, enjoy the sun on the sunbathing lawn, or unwind under the shady trees. As an added bonus, you can make use of the large, fenced 12 x 6 meter swimming pool, ideal for cooling off on warm days and enjoying a relaxing holiday in the Dordogne.
