Set against a slope, the house has a large spacious garden where you can start your day in the morning with a nice breakfast. The surrounding area is characterised by its many vineyards and grand chateaux. Beautiful Bergerac is just a 15-minute drive away. There you will find a cosy old centre with terraces and good restaurants. The Wednesday morning market is very pleasant, and don't forget to take a nice walk along the river Dordogne. Monbazillac is famous for its sweet aperitif wine; delicious on a sultry summer evening. Visit the medieval castle and be surprised on a guided tour with free tasting
