This nice and typical apartment is situated near the 700 metres high Monte Santa Maria Tiberina. From this mountain you have a beautiful view over the Tevere valley between Umbria and Tuscany. It is an old stone farmhouse with 7 flats and 3 holiday homes. There is a panoramic swimming pool, a riding school with horses and the surroundings are ideal for hiking.
The centre of Monte S.Maria Tiberina is about 2 km away and there you can find nice restaurants. Daily necessities can be bought at the nearby supermarket (also 2 km).
The owners have a great love for horses and also give riding lessons. Large rides can be organised for experienced riders. The agriturismo has 20 hectares of land, parts of which are on hilly terrain. There are olive trees and vineyards. You can also buy products from the agriturismo itself, such as honey, olive oil and wine.
