Farmhouse near Monte Tiberina with Pool
Description
This nice and typical agritourism is situated near the 700 metres high Monte Santa Maria Tiberina. From this mountain you have a beautiful view over the Tevere valley between Umbria and Tuscany. It is an old stone farmhouse with 7 flats and 3 holiday homes. There is a panoramic swimming pool, a riding school with horses and the surroundings are ideal for hiking.
The centre of Monte S.Maria Tiberina is about 2 km away and there you can find nice restaurants. Daily necessities can be bought at the nearby supermarket (also 2 km).
The owners have a great love for horses and also give riding lessons. Large rides can be organised for experienced riders. The agriturismo has 20 hectares of land, parts of which are on hilly terrain. There are olive trees and vineyards. You can also buy products from the agriturismo itself, such as honey, olive oil and wine.

Beautiful view from cottage over a valley. All 3 double bedrooms have their own bathroom, which ensures a lot of privacy. Many attractions in the area, only that is a relatively long drive. The village is located on a mountain so you have to go down the pass every time. Reception friendly but hardly speak English.
This is the place to enjoy the silence and the horses to fully relax.

Deze agriturismo is een verborgen juweeltje! De locatie is vredig, omgeven door olijfbomen en prachtige wijngaarden, De rijlessen die door de eigenaren werden aangeboden, waren een hoogtepunt voor ons, en onze kinderen hielden van de buitenruimte om te spelen, De keuken is goed uitgerust, waardoor het gemakkelijk is om maaltijden te bereiden, Over het algemeen een zeer gezellige en aangename ervaring

Supergezellig boerenhuis met prachtige uitzichten! Het zwembad was verfrissend en de tuin is goed onderhouden, Perfect voor een rustige ontsnapping
