Set among the green hills, this is a farmhouse with 2 bedrooms and a paid bubble bath in Gualdo Cattaneo. There is a large shared garden with ample space to linger outdoors. The farmhouse is excellent for a family or a group of 5 persons.
The stay is set on a panoramic area on a hill, with olive and fruit trees around. You can easily visit the cities of Foligno, Assisi, Spoleto, Perugia, and Rome from here. If you don't cook, a restaurant is just next to the farmhouse. The town center with supermarkets rests at 2 km. For a pleasant day out, you can be by the lakeside 5 km away.
The farmhouse has central heating for comfort. There is a shared garden with a swimming pool, playground, and cozy furnishings. The private decked terrace is a great spot to host barbecue evenings with local wine. For recreation, table tennis and table football equipment are present. A children's bed and a high chair are provided on request. Parking is available.
Possibility of breakfast/lunch/dinner at the in-house restaurant with typical Italian and local dishes and tasting of our own red wines and olive oil. In summer it is also possible to dine in the garden under the stars.

We were welcomed by Stefano, a very nice man, he showed us the apartment and told us something about the company, the environment and the places that were worth a visit. The accommodation was fine as far as we are concerned especially the balcony we have used a lot, beautiful view, very soothing. Small minus some more documentation about the area would be fine. Particularly nice owners, we had a problem with the car, they brought us to a garage where the car was made. Finally you can also eat delicious. We had a fantastic time there.
Nice place in a nice environment. A bit quiet and boring for children aged 11 and almost 13 years. The pool is well maintained, clean and well-tempered. In the area are fun things to do, but keep in mind a good many kilometers to get there (Lago Trasimeno, Assisi, the Adriatic coast and Perugia).
A week to enjoy the scenery, the charming towns of Orvieto, Gualdo Cattaneo, Spoleto, Assisi and the hospitable owners.

Welcoming friendly people. Glad when renting bed linen beds are made upon arrival. For self-catering bring some utensils for the equipment in the kitchen is minimal. You can also use the catering. For coffee lovers there is a real pruttelpot present so maybe a filter holder, etc. take.
Fantastic stay had, particularly thanks to the hosts. Very warm welcome, excellent restaurant. Many Italian guests. Organic wine, oil, and fruits of land.
