Located in Gualdo Cattaneo, this is a 2-bedroom farmhouse in an old monumental building in Umbria. You have a large shared garden to linger outdoors and a bubble bath to relax here. The farmhouse is excellent for a family or a group of 5 persons.
The stay is set on a panoramic region on a hill, with olive and fruit trees around. You can easily visit the cities of Foligno, Assisi, Spoleto, Perugiaand Rome from here. If you don't feel like cooking, a restaurant is just next to the farmhouse. The town center with supermarkets rests at 2 km. For a pleasant day out, you can be by the lakeside 5 km away. Nightlife pubs are 9 km away.
The farmhouse has central heating for comfort. There is a communal garden with a swimming pool, playground and cozy furnishings. The private decked terrace is a great spot to host barbecue evenings with local wine. For recreation, table tennis and table football equipment are present. A children's bed and a high chair are present. Parking is available.
Possibility of breakfast/lunch/dinner at the in-house restaurant with typical Italian and local dishes and tasting of our own red wines and olive oil. In summer it is also possible to dine in the garden under the stars.

Rustic place, lots of room to move, large rooms, roof terrace, nice pool.
Great friendly people where we immediately felt at ease. The owner makes delicious wine that we have tasted with a nice explanation. The view from the apartment was beautiful. The pool was also a big plus with the warm weather. Highly recommended!

Very warm welcome by the family, accommodation is as indicated kitchen equipment limited, beautiful surroundings, there was no air conditioning missed during the heat wave. You could enjoy excellent evening wine and delicious local wine at all reasonable prices, Pool also fine.Overall a good accommodation with hospitable family
Accommodation fine (we had the six-person apartment with 2 volwasenenen and three children). Friendly and helpful landlord and landlady speak English well. View from the private roof terrace is fantastic. Wifi is fine, just not inside by thick walls (but was quiet for the kids ....) On its own roof terrace or wifi reception. Setting is beautiful. Apartment has two bathrooms, so the kids had their own bathroom. Adequate electrical sockets (EN suit euro plugs, further Italian outlets just something else that round NL plugs do not fit). "In the evening cools down pleasant. Good bedden.En Yes, there are mosquitoes. Good and bring plenty of insect repellent and azaron. In the supermarkets, there are devices on sale that you plugged in. We were only on the last day behind.
