Description
Granite stone house – Guimaec
This lovingly restored granite stone house enjoys a quiet and secluded location at the end of a small cul-de-sac that leads directly to the famous GR34 coastal hiking trail. The house is surrounded by an exceptionally beautiful, exotic garden, meticulously tended and still bursting with vibrant color even in November.
Stroll along landscaped stone paths through a veritable sea of flowers, discovering romantic nooks and hidden seating areas. Comfortable lounge chairs, harmoniously nestled among the plants and offering direct sea views, invite you to relax and experience peace and well-being. The first sandy beach is just a short walk away.
Inside, you'll find a very comfortable living area with a wood-burning stove, exposed wooden beams, and the original granite floor – elements that lend the house its particularly warm and rustic character. From the moment you arrive, you'll feel welcome and completely at ease.
A slightly steeper staircase leads to the upper floor with two bedrooms:
One bedroom with a double bed (1.40 m x 1.90 m)
One bedroom with two single beds (0.90 m x 1.90 m)
Both rooms offer a lovely view of the exotic garden and a glimpse of the sea. The bathroom with shower and toilet is located on the ground floor.
One dog is welcome – free of charge!
