In winter, a fantastic and snow-sure family skiing area is available here with the ultra-modern new gondola lift, so you don't have to queue at the lift. In summer, visiting the beautiful medieval town of Murau is highly recommended. Here, you will find many lovely shops and cozy terraces. In addition to stunning walks in the mountains, you can also walk or cycle the Mur cycle path here. This famous cycle path along the Mur River runs right through the region. Both in summer and winter, this region is the ideal place for active holidaymakers. Experience peace here, too, because mass tourism has not yet discovered this region.
