Nestled in the picturesque hills of the Sauerland, just a few kilometers from Herscheid, this spacious, environmentally friendly holiday apartment offers a CO2-neutral design with two electric vehicle charging stations. Fully equipped, the apartment includes a kitchen with a coffee machine, a terrace with seating, and BBQ facilities. Guests staying at least five nights receive a free "sheets and towels package," and for short stays of five nights or more, there's also complimentary access to the electric car charging station.
The Märkisches Sauerland boasts breathtaking landscapes and a variety of outdoor activities such as cycling, mountain biking, hiking, climbing, paragliding, and water sports. Visitors can explore local attractions like the Attahöhle, Balver Caves, and Altena Castle. Biking tours start directly from the holiday home, catering to all levels of experience. We have been here for a week with 5 adults and 2 children, and all 7 enjoyed it immensely! Nice beds, nice that there was a dishwasher and that you can use the washing machine for a small fee. We spent a lot of evenings on 1 of the 2 balconies, which was also ideal. That there were 2 bathrooms was also nice. Great house! Beautiful surroundings!
Great home, very clean, modern house with great host, though she could only speak German, she was very kind and helpfull. The house is located in a remote 'village' though easly accesable with a car.

A very nice house in a mountain environment! We were six friends and the house had everything we needed for a nice few days in Germany. Provided you are by car, there is plenty to do in the area to keep you entertained!
It is a nice apartment well equipped. One of the reasons for selecting the apartment was the presence of a washing machine. However, it broke and has not been replaced. It is now possible to have the laundry done by the owner of the apartment for a fee.
Our stay was very pleasant. Beautifull location as well as the accommodation.the host was very helpfull. We"ll going back soon. 100% recommended
