The apartment features two charging stations for electric vehicles.
It boasts a fully equipped kitchen, including a fully automatic coffee machine, a 9-square-meter southeast-facing balcony, another 9-square-meter south-facing balcony, and a west-facing self-service beer garden – ideal for relaxing after an eventful day. For stays of five nights or more, bed linens and towels are included, and use of the charging stations is free of charge.
The Märkisches Sauerland region is a paradise for outdoor enthusiasts: hiking, mountain biking, climbing, paragliding, and water sports are all within easy reach. Attractions such as the Atta Cave, the Balve Caves, and Altena Castle are nearby, and the 707 motorcycle race track is just 2 km away. Cycling tours for all skill levels begin right at the doorstep. Secure outdoor bicycle parking is available.
Motorhomes are not permitted. Strict house rules ensure a clean and respectful stay.
